Spring 2008

A pitiful photo, but 'something' new and exciting is peeking out of the mulch. As a guage, we don't plant tomatoes until June 1 here, so seeing something growing, is a BIG deal this early.

  1. It'll be here before you know it. I'll probably put in tomatoes in a week or two . . . but I'll still harvest right along with you *s* Guess it's relative in the end.

  2. What is coming up!? Is it a Peony? Bulbs? That is so exciting, especially here where it is 20+ and 8 inches of snow. Brrrrr. This too will pass..............:-) The picture did make me want to put my glasses on. LOL Thanks for sharing.

  3. It looks very encouraging! As soon as the soon melts, I hope to see something similar in our yard.

  4. My guess is peony. I need to go look at my stuff. I'm a pretty slap dash gardener.
