DD progress - 4 blocks

So far, so good! I'm thinking it could use some pale melon lights, to brighten it up a tad.

Suggestion - If you're just starting, pay attention to accurate measuring of those square in a squares. After that, it's all easy!

I counted the number of pieces -- oh my, good thing I didn't know at the onset or I would have been scared away from doing this beauty!

  4. What a gorgeous design. I'm not doing the mystery but tempted to try it now that I see what it looks like. Your color choices are very nice.

I didn't sign up for this one (too many UFOs already) but am tempted when I see how good it looks.

  6. It looks perfect...does not need brightening. I'd like to try your making of laundry soap.

  8. You are getting so much done! That mystery quilt is lovely. Wish I had done it too but since I still have one flimsy and no plans for quilting it from Quiltville, I bypassed. Will be looking forward to seeing how this gets quilted.
