We had to replace our furnace one January in a former house. They picked the warmest day and had everything dry fitted and ready to go when they hauled the old one out-a monstrosity like yours. The house got down to 45 before they got everything hooked up and we were very thankful for the heat.Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15327282482525374694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363339.post-58566887139291263232013-06-03T10:59:01.047-07:002013-06-03T10:59:01.047-07:00Our next home improvement project is to move the o...Our next home improvement project is to move the outside portion of the AC. It is smack dab in the middle of where we want to pour a patio. And I have a funny feeling about the hot water heater since it is getting to the end of it's warranty. We have talked about replacing it with an on-demand unit. $$$

Here's a funny: the first word on the word verification is 'wilt'. :)Paula, the quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17662592713610165406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363339.post-430730874507765932013-06-03T06:29:34.838-07:002013-06-03T06:29:34.838-07:00I'm sure it feels good to have that big job ov...I'm sure it feels good to have that big job over and to have a really good system installed. Our A/C gets heavy duty usage in the hot Texas summers and we couldn't live without it! We're hoping it will last a few more years at least.Ruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11912222251238739813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363339.post-49792458205601094952013-06-03T03:45:56.950-07:002013-06-03T03:45:56.950-07:00I love the way you write! We run it about 9 months out of the year. It's still hobbling along. In fact, I suggested we have a "maintenance" run on it. Hubby didn't want to spend any money on it because "we will have to replace the whole thing soon". We had to replace one tiny part, but it probably bought us two more years of service. I LOVE A/C!!!!!!~Joanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05599647758618747101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32363339.post-87218969970729035842013-06-02T21:24:25.677-07:002013-06-02T21:24:25.677-07:00I'm tired just reading about it all--and I did...I'm tired just reading about it all--and I didn't miss any naps! : )Janet O.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05083607398709252597noreply@blogger.com
